Mehndi by Tan and team were invited to an arabian themed Gala Dinner for 2 nationally recognised supermarket chains, Co-operative and NISA earlier this year. An arabian themed annual gala dinner was held for up to 900 guests and Mehndi by Tan was proud to be part of such an extravagant, well organised event, decorating guests with henna throughout the night.
Male and female guests alike were decorated with temporary henna tattoos, the Mehndi by Tan team certainly left an impression. From small discreet henna patterns for professionals who were concerned about displaying the temporary tattoos at work, to larger bold designs covering large areas of skin for the more daring, it was all happening! Directors for companies such as Pepsi also joined in on the fun. A truly magical, memorable experience for all.
The beauty of mehndi (henna) artwork is that it is temporary, fading in a week or so, a great interactive service for all types of events and parties that leaves clients in awe.
The beauty of the event included educating first time henna clients about the origin of henna art, the purpose of application and the cultural connotations of its use across the world. It’s an absolute pleasure to promote cultural diversity, and to leave a lasting impression at corporate events.
